Write about a news event from when you were still in school and how it made you feel.
Fifty In 50 #50
Now don’t cry but this is the last one of the “Fifty In 50” challenge. But if I have managed 50 days blogging in a row then maybe I can continue! Let’s see . . . . . . . .
Anyhow on to todays subject and there is one news event that still stands out to me and in fact I remember every year on the anniversary of it where I was.
I suppose it didn’t make much impact on me initially but I took it in more as the days went one and I reflect it on it every year.
Maybe I wouldn’t have reflected on it so much but for the fact that it happened in the region that I lived. I was in my first year of secondary school and to this day I can tell you that it happened on a Wednesday. I’ve not a clue why I remember that but I do.
So what am I talking about, it was Pan Am Flight 103 or more widely known as the Lockerbie Bombing.
